Bank of Jordan announced the launch of the “110” game, in collaboration with the Children Museum, as part of the bank’s continuous support of the museum, during a mobile museum tour in the Hitteen Refugee Camp in Russeifa on June 13.
The "110" game is a fun, knowledge-based group game, designed by the Children's Museum experts, for children aged eight years and above to enhance their financial and arithmetic skills by simulating a tourist trip across Jordan in an entertaining experience full of financial knowledge such as learning about banknotes and coins, ways of spending, saving, and sharing.
Commenting on the launch, CEO of Bank of Jordan, Saleh Hammad, said that supporting such creative ideas will help develop and enhance the children's financial and arithmetic skills and expand their experiences, noting that the bank is always interested in investing in enhancing education and knowledge of the future generation in innovative ways.
He also praised the strategic partnership with the Children’s Museum, which offers specialized expertise in developing interactive educational content.
Hammad added that the Bank of Jordan will distribute the game to more than 8,000 children in various governorates across the Kingdom through mobile tours and it will also be presented as part of the bank's prizes for the "Sanabel" savings account for children.
Director of the Children's Museum of Jordan, Sawsan Al-Daleq, asserted that the launch of this game is one of the fruits of the impactful and active partnership with the Bank of Jordan spanning over the years, which seeks to enrich children's learning through play and exploration.
