All you have to do is follow the steps below:

• Enter your name, mobile number and email address.
• Agree to the terms and conditions.
• Select the type of account you would like to open.
• Select your method of contact "contact center".
• If you choose the contact center as your method of contact, please select your preferred day and time for the account opening call.
• The contact center will then send the ZOOM link to your e-mail to confirm the time of the call.
• If you choose the branch as your method of contact, please select the branch through which you want to open the account.
• Select the bank executive.
• You will then be directed to the bank executive’s calendar page, select your preferred day and time for the ZOOM call.
• Then, you will receive an e-mail containing a ZOOM link to confirm the date of the video call.
• Before beginning the video call, prepare your ID or passport to be provided to the bank executive to complete the account opening process.
• By proceeding with ZOOM Account Opening, you approve to have the call recorded for quality assurance.
