Bank of Jordan launches FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022™ Campaign in partnership with Visa

Bank of Jordan, has partnered with Visa, the Official Payment Services partner of FIFA, to launch a special campaign for Bank of Jordan Visa credit cardholders to win a once-in-a-life-time experience of witnessing the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022™, for existing and new holders of the Visa card issued by the bank.

During the campaign that runs till end of September 2022, a total of 6 lucky winners will be selected through multiple raffles draws to win exclusive match ticket packages, courtesy of Visa to attend the tournament live at the iconic stadiums.

Bank of Jordan Visa credit cardholders (platinum, gold, or silver), who spend 50 JOD per transaction or more locally and internationally, stand a chance to win a package for two for a selected matches tickets of the much-awaited tournament, round-trip airline ticket and accommodation for 3 nights in the Qatari capital, Doha, as well as covering the daily expenses for the trip. The higher the customers spend using their Bank of Jordan Visa credit cards for local purchases, online shopping or international transactions when traveling abroad, the higher their chances to win.

 

Executive Manager/Retail Banking Management at Bank of Jordan, Mr. Khaled Abu Jawid, stated: “Through this campaign, the bank aims to provide an exceptional experience as a sign of appreciation to its current customers, on whom we focus all our attention. In line with the bank’s strategy and digital transformation plans, it remains committed to encouraging customers to switch to innovative payment solutions and benefit from the ease, speed, and security provided in accordance with the standards and regulations of the international company Visa, whose cards enjoy high reliability and widespread use locally and globally”.

Abu Jawid noted that the campaign reflects the bank’s approach to providing the best banking and financial solutions and services to customers, managing customers' relationships, and actively communicating with them through various and continuous programs and campaigns.

These added-value initiatives, added Abu Jwaid, aim to enrich customers' experiences, offer them a chance to win valuable prizes, appreciate and recognize their trust and loyalty to the bank, and cater to their interests, including sports. He also noted that turning customers’ dreams into reality will contribute to increasing their level of satisfaction, expanding the bank’s customer base, and enhancing its market share.

By launching this initiative, we seek to give football fans in Jordan the opportunity to win unique prizes, including tickets to attend the upcoming World Cup matches, and support government efforts to enhance digital commerce advantages for consumers and businesses alike”.

Bank of Jordan offers its Visa cardholders various benefits through different cards, including access to airport lounges, unlimited rewards, and a wide range of offers and discounts.
