Bank of Jordan, in cooperation with the Injaz Foundation, have implemented the “Me and My Surroundings” program, the “My Health is My Life” program, and the “Communication Skills” program, which are a group of programs belonging to INJAZ programs at Queen Rania Al Abdullah School for Girls in Amman District of Jordan. The programs carry the aim of building and enhancing the skills of seventh, to ninth grade students in various fields.

This cooperation/agreement comes as part of the school adoption campaign implemented by INJAZ in partnership with the Ministry of Education, which works towards activating the private sector in developing the educational process.

110  female students have benefited from the programs that were implemented, especially the My Surroundings program implemented, with the attempt to introduce students to the necessary skills and experiences needed to face life and future challenges. Moreover, giving them the opportunity to get to learn who they are and their social surroundings through a more mature perspective. Such an improvement leads to enhancing their self-confidence, self-worth, and importance as an individual of the society, in addition to building their communication and problem-solving skills.

The program was implemented by experienced volunteers from Bank of Jordan, based on the bank's keenness to integrate its employees into social responsibility activities.

Through the partnership, the My Health is My Life program was implemented, which raises students' awareness of the most important healthy habits that enable them to lead their lives normally. The program also ensures students know how to deal with various health conditions and proper health adaptation. While also introducing students to the most important health concepts, personal hygiene care and the most important medical examinations and their reason of importance.

A communication skills program was also implemented, with the aim to develop the required life skills, through a set of training activities that carry the skills needed for communication at work, active listening, and methods of understanding the surrounding environment. In addition to identifying different types of personalities at work and how to communicate with them inside and outside work within a wide range of topics, through development of social and professional skills.

It is worth noting that this cooperation comes within the Bank of Jordan's social responsibility program, which is concerned with implementing a set of community initiatives within five main areas: education, health, environmental protection, combating poverty and supporting orphans.
