 Bank of Jordan recently hosted a workshop for its large corporate clients at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Amman. The workshop, titled "Bank of Jordan's Digital Transformation Journey," aimed to enhance the clients' abilities to benefit from the bank's comprehensive and integrated electronic platform for companies and institutions of all sectors and fields of work.

Bank of Jordan's Corporate Banking sector serves clients from multinational companies, the government and semi-government sectors, in addition to public and private joint stock companies, taking into account the added value from the services which include a set of features for clients, the most important of which are the quality and speed of service and contributing to building decisions and strategic and financial plans for these companies by providing banking and financial solutions related to financial and organizational structures that are tailored according to the client's financing needs and the sector's specificity.

The workshop agenda focused on enriching the participants' digital knowledge and skills, as well as deepening their awareness of the solutions and services of Bank of Jordan Business Banking platform. This will enable them to access what meets their business needs and facilitate their commercial transactions with the highest levels and standards of data and information security. The workshop highlighted the importance of innovative digital banking solutions and services as flexible, sophisticated, and reliable tools that integrate payment, settlement and collection solutions through cash management solutions. They also diversify liquidity management, capital financing and core and operational business management tools through digital trade services including automatic bank settlements, supply chain financing, and digital trade financing. They provide comprehensive and instant insights into different business units, all within a framework of simplified paperless procedures, without the need to visit any of the bank's branches.

Through the workshop, the effective and pivotal role that Bank of Jordan Business platform can play in terms of enhancing productivity for clients and raising the efficiency of their institutional, operational, and administrative operations was highlighted. This includes financial and accounting management, customer relationship management, and strategic decision-making. It also plays a role in enabling them to have a great deal of control over transactions, financial payments, and banking operations and complete them quickly, easily, and securely with various options, which results in developing their digital transformation journey.
