Bank of Jordan is pleased to announce to its valued shareholders that the Bank’s General Assembly decided in its annual meeting, held on 31/03/2022, to distribute cash dividends to shareholders for the year 2021 at 18% of the nominal value of the share. For shareholders registered in the Bank’s records as of 30/03/2022. 

The Bank will also distribute cash dividends to shareholders who maintain accounts with Bank of Jordan and/ or have submitted authorizations to pay them on other bank accounts as of 04/04/2022. As for those who wish to receive their cash dividends by checks, it will start as of Thursday morning, 05/05/2022.
