Bank of Jordan is pleased to announce to its valued shareholders that the General Assembly, during its annual meeting held on 15/03/2026, approved the distribution of cash dividends for the year 2025 at a rate of 18% of the share’s nominal value to shareholders registered in the Bank’s records as of 12/03/2026.

The Bank will commence the distribution of cash dividends to shareholders who maintain accounts with Bank of Jordan on Monday, 16/03/2026.

As for shareholders who have provided instructions to transfer their dividends to accounts held with other banks, the Bank will begin processing these transfers starting Thursday, 26/03/2026.

Shareholders who wish to receive their dividends by cheque may collect them starting from the morning of Thursday, 16/04/2026.
