(Amman – April 2026): Bank of Jordan has extended its support to Jordan Medical Aid for Palestinians as part of its ongoing commitment to corporate social responsibility and continued support for the healthcare sector. This latest contribution includes providing free medication to patients at the Gaza Camp in Jerash for a period of six months, helping ensure the continuity of their treatment while easing the associated health and financial burdens.
This initiative reflects the bank’s commitment to expanding equitable access to healthcare services, particularly for vulnerable groups who face difficulties in covering treatment costs and obtaining essential medicines. It also aligns with the bank’s broader vision of creating a lasting, positive social impact by improving patients’ quality of life and ensuring uninterrupted access to necessary care, especially within underserved communities.
This support builds on a series of initiatives carried out by the bank in partnership with the association, aimed at strengthening its ability to deliver vital healthcare services to residents of camps and underprivileged areas. These efforts include backing treatment and relief campaigns, funding medical equipment, supporting specialized clinics, and ensuring the availability of essential medication.
