Bank of Jordan has organized a blood drive campaign for its employees under the slogan "Your Blood, Your Support" at the bank’s head office. The initiative was carried out in collaboration with the Blood Bank Directorate under the Ministry of Health in Jordan and was supervised by a team of specialized medical staff.
This campaign is part of the bank's ongoing efforts to serve the local community, in line with its corporate social responsibility strategy. The bank focuses on supporting sustainable development goals while fostering a culture of volunteerism among its employees. Strengthening the health sector and supporting patients in need are key pillars of the bank's strategy, reflecting its commitment to its humanitarian role.
The campaign received an enthusiastic response from employees across all job levels, with a significant turnout demonstrating their willingness to contribute. This participation underscores the spirit of giving, solidarity, and volunteerism that the bank strives to promote among its workforce, encouraging them to take an active role in initiatives aimed at benefiting the local community.
It is worth noting that this is not the bank’s first blood donation campaign. In the past, the bank has launched several similar initiatives, including blood drives, free health check-ups, and other medical initiatives across various governorates of the Kingdom.
